At first install the net setter software,then open the net setter application.This method is common for all net setters using High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) and 2G sims.When you open the application it may like the below image(sample).And follow the simple steps

1.Click the desktop icon to open the application
2.Then click on tools and then select options and it will displayed as per the below image
3.Then click on Profile management
4.Then select Edit and give suitable profile name and APN(access point name) then click on save
5.Then it will be displayed like below image
6.Then click on Apply And Then ok
7.Then it will Displayed as the above Image then click on connect.Thats all now it is connected.
NOTE:Below APN's works only in India
Some of the APN's(only for Indian Users)
Airtel:airtelgprs.com
Aircel:aircelgprs.pr(for prepaid)
aircelgprs.po(for postpaid)
reliance:rcom
BSNL:bsnlnet(whole india)
